Full Hatha Yoga movement which combines stretching exercises, deep-breathing techniques & meditation, to make you feeling relax, physically and emotionally strong & released. You may come to improve your Hatha yoga in the form of individually class or come with friends to share the graceful & peaceful moment.

 

 
 
HATHA Yoga refreshes the body, relaxes the nerves, calms the mind, increasing vitality and inner strength.
HATHA Yoga integrates Asanas and Yoga Meditation for the purpose of restoring each person to their natural, balanced state. This is accomplished with specific physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation, all part of the vital, spiritual practice of yoga.
n A personalized program will be given to you to take home. During the lesson, careful execution of each posture is taught and is practiced with gentle guidance.
 
 
 
Try to practice yoga every day. Set aside a time when you will not be disturbed and you will not have to rush. Best to practice yoga on an empty stomach. Wait at least 2-3 hrs after a large meal, and 1-2 hrs after a lighter one or a snack before beginning.
Be bare feet. A yoga sticky mat is good to provide a warm, cushioned and non-slip surface. A small firm pillow or folded blanket is helpful for seated postures if your hips, lower back and hamstrings are not very flexible. Also a long strap or belt is helpful to use to stretch the hamstrings in either a seated or supine position.
Comfortable clothing, such as leotards, cotton tights, bike shorts, loose tee or tank tops.
Be kind to yourself: Never force your body into a posture or try to go beyond your limit. Yoga is not a competitive sport. Progress may be slow, but with time your body will become flexible. Ease yourself gently into each position, and when you are holding a pose, check the body to see if you can feel tension building up anywhere. If you do, consciously try to relax that tension using the breathing.
At the end of your practice it is important to take 5-10 min to relax your body. Relaxation is a state of total receptivity where, through deep breathing, the body can replenish and rejuvenate itself. Always end with several minutes in corpse pose to renew both mind and body.
Regard yoga as an ongoing process rather than a single accomplishment. Some people are genetically less flexible or have tighter muscle groups than others. Be patient with yourself. Yoga can be a life-long pursuit, but persistency, consistency and discipline are required to gain the many lasting benefits yoga offers.

The workshop is specially designed for husband to learn about 'Touch of Care', to present a wonderful massage for his pregnant wife. Touch & Caring massage techniques specially designed for pregnancy will be presented on the workshop. The touch of healing massage enhances the love, communicating, sharing & caring for the pregnant wife & the coming baby!
